
WebIXI will work for companies as their Social Media Consultant on a short or long term basis, depending upon their needs, in order to provide a review, development, deployment, and/or management of their online presence with respect to social media marketing channels (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, blogs, Wikis, etc.). The services can be offered individually on an hourly basis or in 1 of 3 packages.
- Develop: Before launching or changing any social media marketing efforts, WebIXI will:
- Meet with the client to review their current social media practices (if any) to examine activity, connections (Friends, Fans, Followers, etc.), links (in/out), website click-throughs, etc.; using various online tools a Social Media Grade will be provided
- Meet with the client to discuss their business & their current message/brand in the marketplace, as well as, identifying their key competitors
- Determine their objectives with respect to any social media marketing (increase website traffic, push clients to brick & mortar stores, increase transactions, add new clients, etc.)
- Establish baseline criteria for measuring ROI
- Create the appropriate message/brand to be used in social media marketing
- Recommend the brand appropriate social media marketing channel(s) for their business
- Create the starting point for their social media marketing channels (content & profile development, brand information, background data, etc.)
- Create social media timeline (will be specific, as well as, general based upon the client & their unique product/brand/service/etc.)
- Provide the “Get Moving” document that will outline the necessary next steps in order to launch their social media marketing (setting up accounts, multiple users, mobile/online tools, timeline development, development, etc.)
- Deploy: After the brand appropriate social media marketing channel(s) have been identified & the content has been created, WebIXI will:
- Set-Up/Update the appropriate user accounts (usernames, passwords, email updates, multiple user input, etc.)
- Launch the initial content with respect to the timeline established during Development
- Prepare/Launch first 30 days of social media marketing material with respect to the timeline established during Development
- Set-Up the appropriate social media tools for content management (HootSuite, Ping.fm, TweetDeck, etc.)
- Set-Up brand appropriate keyword/RSS feeds to monitor their social media marketing efforts, as well as, that of their key competitors
- Provide the “Get Results” document that will outline the necessary next steps & requirements for maintaining social media management (keeping content fresh/relevant/brief, combining social media with website development, search engine optimization, ROI measurement, etc.)
- Direct: After the social media marketing content has been launched the client will be responsible for ongoing content management, maintenance, & updates; however, this service is available on a monthly or quarterly basis as their Social Media Manager. In this role WebIXI will:
- Meet with the client on a regular (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) basis to discuss current industry specific trends, business initiatives, upcoming events, important information about their business, etc. in order to create ongoing content development with respect to the timeline
- Provide training for key employees associated with social media content/management
- Develop multi-channel social media marketing initiatives with respect to various elements of their image/brand (client/network event marketing, multiple Facebook Fan Pages, Twitter Lists, client generated blogs, etc.)
- Integrate an extensive search engine optimization (SEO) plan with respect to ongoing social media marketing content/management
- Provide monthly ROI measurement
- Review and/or Develop “Social Media Rules” for your employees
